Role Overview We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive demand and inbound leads, while executing localised lead acquisition strategies to grow our pipeline. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll use channels including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media to drive customer acquisition and build a robust pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You’ll also manage account-based marketing initiatives using a CRM platform such as HubSpot, with a focus on delivering measurable results and supporting our growth across markets. We operate across the UK, Japan, and the EU and have supported over 10 million assistance requests for more than 1.8 million users. We are a Series A company recognised with a King’s Award. As we continue to grow across our existing markets and expand into new ones, this role will help drive demand and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective, localised digital marketing and account-based marketing initiatives. Tasks About the Role: Develop and implement online demand generation strategies, tactics, and processes to drive inbound leads and generate MQLs. Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid media, to drive customer acquisition. Develop and implement strategic account-based marketing plans to target key accounts, aligned with the overall marketing and sales strategies. Track, measure, monitor, and report on the success of marketing activities, providing regular reports with a focus on conversion rate, CPA and LTV Contribute to the content marketing plan through the website, email, social media channels, and partners, addressing key challenges for customers and creating compelling customer content.
