Hi there, if you want to create outstanding content for the most interesting topic for the future of work, keep on reading :) You will own content at Bots & People. We focus on premium content that will make us an industry authority for AI Up-skilling. You will work for example on a scientific-grade AI adoption report, industry events that stand out, and collaborations with high-profile corporate influencers. Bots & People builds learning experiences that help teams adopt automation and AI in a practical, hands-on way. We have trained 100,000+ employees across 30+ large enterprises, in 8 languages. We are a small, fast-moving core team with 50+ freelance trainers, and we are growing. You will work closely with our founder Nico Bitzer and our Enterprise Growth Marketer Chisco Mosteiro (whom you report to). Chisco owns distribution, campaigns, and ABM. You own the content, the creatives and brand. You will have design support but also get your hands dirty with it. Aufgaben Create high-impact content across channels Write blog articles that rank and actually get read (SEO & GEO) Design event and keynote presentations Develop creative concepts for trade fair booths and other onsite experiences Produce concepts short-form videos for social and ads (concept, script, edit, captions) Build LinkedIn formats Create Linkedin ad creatives that perform Flagship & premium content Own our flagship research, like an annual AI Adoption Report built to a scientific standard Concept and organize standout industry events Build collaborations with high-profile corporate influencers Create other premium, authority-building assets that make Bots & People the reference point for enterprise AI adoption Build the content machine Build a scalable content operation Own the content calendar end to end, independently, prioritizing the assets that impact revenue.
