Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. About the Role UFORCE is running a major, multi-country ERP implementation to build a single, compliant, group-wide system of record across finance and supply chain. This is a build-from-zero program: there's no dedicated owner today to map requirements, run vendor and integrator selection, design the manufacturing finance model, and see it through to go-live. You'll own the program end-to-end — from requirements and vendor evaluation through manufacturing finance design, master data governance, controls, and cutover — giving leadership, auditors, and investors reliable, consolidated data for the first time. This is a sole-focus mandate, UK-based or UK-hours remote with regular travel to our international sites. You'll report into Finance leadership, work within group program governance, and partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Legal, and international subsidiaries, alongside an external systems integrator. There are no direct reports at launch — you'll coordinate integrator workstream leads and functional stakeholders directly rather than manage through a team, and the role calls for sound judgment operating across regulated and sensitive markets.
