About the Role As Hims & Hers grows internationally, the complexity of our business, organisation and leadership needs is growing with it. We’re looking for a Director of People Partnering, EMEA to help build the leadership and talent, and strengthen the organisation, for what comes next. In this role, you’ll work with senior leaders on the critical people and organisational decisions needed to drive the next phase of our international growth. You’ll start with the business problem, bring an independent point of view, and help leaders translate business strategy into the organisation, leadership and talent decisions required to support growth and performance. You’ll shape strategy with senior leaders while staying close enough to the business to turn decisions into action.
