Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in our Berlin office. As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. What you’ll do As an intern, you will support us in the following areas: Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and tech interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Send critical candidate communication during the recruitment process. Help maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our Applicant Tracking System. Manage complex interviewer pools, candidate information and interview supporting materials. Adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs. Contribute to interview process design, track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and own your own projects with a focus on process improvement while leveraging AI and automation tools. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on Tech & Product recruitment end to end processes.
