From e-commerce, travel to real estate and market research, we support companies in turning the web into actionable insights. We’re currently on an exciting growth journey, scaling rapidly as demand for reliable, high-performance web scraping and data keeps rising. Profile Overview As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be the hands-on engine behind our demand campaigns across every channel we run: paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events, community, and our website. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own the build, launch, and daily optimisation of campaigns, and you'll partner closely with Marketing Operations to keep everything automated, accurately tracked, and performing. This is a genuinely multifaceted, execution-first role. One week your focus might be paid search performance, the next a webinar cadence or an email nurture flow. We're building the demand foundations from the ground up, so there's real space to bring ideas and leave your stamp on what we create. Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be: Take full operational ownership of day-to-day campaign execution across paid and email, driving performance forward without needing a playbook handed to you. Spot what's underperforming early, bring clear recommendations to the table, and run the tests and optimisations that move the needle. Your responsibilities Execute demand campaigns end to end across paid search (Google, Microsoft), paid social (LinkedIn, with more channels on the way), email, webinars, events, and community channels like Reddit, owning build, launch, and daily management.
