THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help shape the strategic transformation of our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) and Market Conduct & Trade Surveillance (MCTS) capabilities within Legal & Compliance. Working at the intersection of compliance, business, technology, architecture and data, you will shape strategic target states, assess current capabilities and translate business and control objectives into prioritised transformation roadmaps and actionable requirements. You will facilitate complex cross-functional decisions and provide clear recommendations to senior management. You will act as the senior business-analysis and transformation lead for selected FCC and MCTS initiatives, shaping target states and roadmaps while working in close partnership with Compliance, Technology, Architecture, Data and Pr
