As a Hardware Lead, you will report directly to the CEO, playing a key role in managing and driving hardware development. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires collaboration across design, engineering, quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for guiding projects from the initial concept stage through to mass production, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities As a Hardware Lead at CYCLE, your responsibilities include: Project Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed hardware project timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Budget and Cost Tracking: Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets. Workstream Prioritization: Coordinate and prioritize engineering tasks to keep projects on track and meet deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones. Design Phase Reviews: Lead design reviews at critical project stages to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and performance standards. Risk Managem
