The mission Teams across Scality, not only engineers, now build their own AI tools: skills, agents, connectors, websites. We want that to be fast, safe and shared, so nobody solves the same problem twice. You will run the program that makes it happen. That means the AI Academy, which teaches people to build with AI on their own work, and the standards that keep what they build safe and reusable. What you will do Run the AI Academy: cohorts, hands-on missions. Get new builders set up in a day: accounts, access, their first tool. Help teams describe their needs and find what already exists before anyone builds. Keep the inventory of our AI tools current, and follow up on gaps with their owners. Build skills and tools yourself with Claude Code, from your first weeks. Prepare and follow up decisions with engineering, Security and leadership. Keep people engaged: builder sessions, showcases, updates. Who we are looking for A recent graduate of a French grande école, or a student in your final year. Business school or a business–engineering double degree. Little experience is fine. We hire for mindset, not for a CV. You ask who has the problem before proposing a fix. You check your work, and you never pass on AI output you have not checked. You ship something rough quickly, then improve it
