About the role As the Team Lead for our Frontend development team, you will play a key role in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will lead a group of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results. Your responsibilities will encompass both hands-on coding and line management, helping the team grow, improve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our stack Frontend: Vue.js, Vuex, Vue Router, Nuxt.js (Planned Migration), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Less, SCSS, Element UI Testing & Build: Webpack, Playwright Backend Exposure: Java, Spring Boot, Node.js Infra & DevOps Exposure: AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Jenkins, FreeMarker What you'll be doing Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within the Marketing Tech and Social domain. Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality. Lead major technical migration projects, specifically executing our roadmap to transition the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Focus heavily on performance engineering, optimizing site load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO for high-traffic environments. Maintain a heavily hands-on contribution level (coding, architecture, and code reviews) alongside line management responsibilities. Manage team members' performance, lead 1-on-1s, drive career development, and handle work allocation. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, modern tools, and delivery standards across the team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, backend engineers, and product teams to refine requirements and ship high-quality features. What you'll bring 8+ years of software development experience with a primary focus on Frontend technologies. 2+ years of experience in a formal leadership or line management role (mentoring, performance evaluations, work allocation).
