CesiumAstro is expanding its global footprint with the establishment of a new office in Munich, Germany. We are looking to add a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to the team who will play a critical leadership role in building and supporting this next phase of CesiumAstro’s growth in Europe. In this position, you will lead talent acquisition efforts for CesiumAstro’s Munich office, developing and executing the recruiting strategy required to build the organization from the ground up. The Senior Manager will partner closely with leadership, human resources, and functional leaders to translate business and workforce plans into an effective hiring strategy for Germany and the broader European talent market. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with U.S. based Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership to align European hiring activities, processes, and operating standards with CesiumAstro’s broader talent strategy. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruiting team to support rapid growth in Munich and broader European hiring needs. Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical positions, including specialized engineering, technical, operations, and business roles. Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across Europe for highly specialized professionals in aerospace, satellite communications, RF systems, electronics, embedded systems, hardware, software, and related disciplines.
