About the role Kimchi is Cast AI’s newest product: an agentic platform for running AI workloads. We are building in a greenfield space where the technology, customer expectations, and the competitive landscape shift constantly. The problem space is broad and ambiguous by design. If you are at your best when the playbook is still being written, you will thrive here. This is not a role for maintaining a mature product line. It’s a hands-on, zero-to-one PMM job inside a startup-like team with the backing of a unicorn. You must be curious. You’ll speak directly with early customers, run messaging and channel experiments, and build Kimchi’s ICP and positioning from the ground up. Then you’ll turn that evidence into the business’s first go-to-market playbook. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and work alongside Product, Engineering, and company leadership, with support from Content, Growth, Design, and Sales Enablement as the work scales. As a senior hire, you have the autonomy to identify quick wins independently and the judgment to balance short-term results with a longer-term roadmap. Why Cast AI?
