The Internal Communications team aims to create clarity, trust, and shared understanding that inspires our employees to do their best work. We partner across the company to craft clear, compelling narratives about what’s being built, why it matters, how it aligns to our strategy, and most importantly, how it advances our mission. About the Role We are looking for an experienced internal communications leader to own the strategy for our Enterprise & Growth portfolio, spanning B2B, Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, Enterprise Engineering, Ads, Commerce, and Consumer Verticals. These teams are changing how businesses operate, bringing AI into working life, and expanding access to its benefits. This work is central to our mission of ensuring AGI benefits all of humanity: helping people and businesses everywhere put AI to use in ways that improve their lives and livelihoods. You will have the opportunity to work closely with executives to help employees understand where the business is going, why decisions are being made, and how their work ladders up. You will draw on a deep understanding of the teams you support and leverage strong relationships across the company to shape the communications approach and deliver the writing and programs that bring it to life. A central part of this role is helping employees understand how our technology reaches people and businesses – and what we learn when they use it. You will bring user and customer experiences into companywide conversations, help employees understand the products and capabilities we’re building for businesses and the problems they solve, and help leaders communicate through rapid growth and change.
