The Role Brevo is transforming all of its operations to become AI native: We are redefining the way we work internally, the way we consume data (analytical and operational), the way we interact with each other. From customer support teams to RevOps, from Analytical engineer to finance team, all our jobs will be transformed and we becoming manages of agents. The AI Ops team drives this transformation: it builds and operates AI agents, applications, and the associated tooling, in production. We bring impact at high speed. We're looking for a Tech Lead to set the technical direction of AI Ops and lead the engineers who build it. You'll own the architecture of our agent platform and raise the bar on how we ship, while staying hands-on in the code.
