US Marketing Lead Location: United States Reports to: VP of Marketing Employment type: Full-time About Teton Teton is building the autonomous operating system for care. Our technology gives senior living and care teams greater visibility into resident wellbeing, movement, sleep, and care delivery, helping them respond faster, work more efficiently, and provide more personalized care. We are growing quickly across the United States and are looking for a US Marketing Lead to own our regional marketing strategy and execution. The Role The US Marketing Lead will be the territory owner for Teton’s growth and brand presence in the United States. You will translate Teton’s global positioning and company priorities into a focused US marketing plan that creates demand, strengthens our reputation, and helps the sales team win. This is a hands-on role for someone who can set the regional strategy, build campaigns, produce sales materials, support events, coordinate PR, and measure what is working. You will work closely with US Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Events, Growth, and external partners. You will report to the VP of Marketing and serve as the primary marketing partner for the US commercial team. What You’ll Own US Marketing Strategy Develop and execute the US marketing plan in alignment with company revenue goals and global marketing priorities. Identify the audiences, markets, partnerships, and channels most likely to drive growth. Adapt Teton’s global campaigns and positioning for the US senior living and care market. Maintain a clear regional campaign calendar, budget, and set of priorities. Bring insights from customers, prospects, competitors, and the market back into the broader marketing organization. Demand Generation and Campaigns Partner with Growth Lead to build and run integrated campaigns across email, paid media, content, webinars, events, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
