About the team Legal Operations designs and operates the systems, workflows, and programs that help Stripe’s Legal organization work effectively at scale. The team partners with Legal practices, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver durable operational and technical solutions. What you’ll do As a Legal Program Manager supporting Launch Readiness, you will manage contracting-system and workflow changes required for new products, commercial offerings, and other business launches. You will translate launch and Legal-practice needs into clear delivery plans, coordinate work across legal subject-matter experts and technical partners, and guide changes through design, testing, release, and stabilization. Your work will involve contract templates, approval workflows, intake processes, reporting, automation, and integrations across systems like Ironclad, Salesforce, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools, and other internal contracting tools. You will own the operational delivery of assigned contracting-system initiatives while partnering with technical specialists and engineers on implementation. You will also help establish reusable patterns, documentation, and controls that make future changes safer and more scalable.
