Location : Switzerland (remote) Reports to: RVP Sales Travel: within DACH Languages: native/C2 level French and English A Quick Snapshot….. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy, driving both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing enterprise accounts across key strategic industries in the DACH region. You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, understand complex business challenges, and position Conga's enterprise-wide solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Transformation Specialists, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and clients, you will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close. This role is focused on 40% new business generation and 60% growth within existing customers.
