About the Role: This is a client-facing role. The Business Solutions Partner spends the majority of their time working directly with clients — helping them unlock value from Pacvue’s platform, identifying the right solutions to their business challenges, and translating field insights into structured product feedback. It is a role for someone who is comfortable in front of customers, curious about technology, and motivated to sit at the intersection of commercial and product thinking. The BSP brings deep knowledge about all Pacvue platforms and services to support client engagements and drive measurable product improvements. The role is designed to flex across the full client lifecycle as business needs evolve, working in close collaboration with the broader BSP team and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
