As a Repair & Maintenance Production Planner, you manage repair orders within our Repair & Maintenance department from initial acceptance through to delivery. You plan capacities and schedules, ensure material availability, and make sure our Repair & Maintenance Technicians can work efficiently without interruptions. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Repair & Maintenance organization. What is your Day to Day Mission: Plan and prioritize repair orders and manage lead times Coordinate capacity planning with the Team Lead and align with adjacent functions (Production, Service, Logistics) Ensure a smooth flow of materials: determine requirements, procure spare parts, and follow up on outstanding items Maintain order data in the ERP system and monitor deadlines and backlogs Analyze key performance indicators (lead time, on-time delivery, WIP) and identify and implement improvement measures What you bring to the team: Technical vocational training with further qualifications or a degree in a technical or logistics-related field Experience in production planning, work preparation, or repair operations Confident working with ERP systems and Excel Structured and reliable approach to work, with a strong ability to coordinate between the workshop and other departments Fluent in written and spoken German and English Why Quantum-Systems: We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.
