Senior Strategist 21GRAMS | Strategy | London Job Summary Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Strategist to join the growing 21GRAMS Strategy team in London. This is an opportunity to support high-profile global accounts within one of healthcare advertising’s most creative agencies, working alongside award-winning creative, strategy and client teams. You will combine strong research and analytical foundations with creative strategic thinking. You will explore markets, audiences and competitors, turn insights into clear strategic recommendations, and help shape work that resonates with clients and their audiences. The role will mainly support senior strategists while offering strong scope to learn, collaborate internationally and progress as the team continues to grow. What you’ll do Conduct primary and desk research to build a clear understanding of markets, sectors, audiences and behaviours. Develop consumer and stakeholder insights that help shape creative and brand strategy. Carry out category and competitor analysis, identifying the most relevant opportunities
