Role: ServiceNow CPQ – Business Analyst Duration: 6 Months (3 + 3 Months Extension) Work Mode: Fully Remote Key Responsibilities Understand client business requirements related to ServiceNow CPQ and CRM processes Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Recommend process improvements and best practices Participate in and conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of ServiceNow CPQ Good knowledge of CRM and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle Experience in requirement gathering and documentation Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile environments Originally posted on Himalayas
