About the Role UFORCE is looking for an AI Specialist, GTM to help our go-to-market teams get more done with AI. You’ll focus primarily on Marketing and Military Exercises, with additional support for Sales and Revenue Operations. You’ll identify the most valuable problems to solve, build practical tools and automations, and help teams make them part of everyday work. This is a hands-on role for an AI-native business operator who combines business judgment, fast learning, and the ability to build. You won’t wait for a perfectly defined backlog: you’ll learn how teams work, uncover the underlying problems, and redesign workflows around what AI makes possible. You’ll own small-to-medium solutions independently and partner with our AI team on larger, more complex systems, working within architectural direction from the hiring manager. Your work will span discovery, building, testing, rollout, enablement, and measurement. Success means useful solutions that people actually adopt and that improve capacity, quality, speed, or access to information—not simply more agents, dashboards, or prototypes. Deep software-engineering experience and prior knowledge of UFORCE’s GTM model are not required. What you’ll do Build an AI-first Marketing operating model.
