About the Team The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance program and culture of the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. About the Opportunity The successful candidate will have prior transaction monitoring/investigations experience in the financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrency industries. You will help support the Special Investigations team, focusing on analyzing blockchain data to identify potential illicit activities, money laundering and terrorist financing, involving cryptocurrencies. The job requires a mix of technical expertise, investigative skills, and knowledge of crypto markets and blockchain technology. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct in-depth investigations of complex AML cases, ensuring thorough analysis and adherence to regulatory requirements, through investigation of blockchain transactions to track and identify suspicious or illicit activities such as money laundering, and other criminal activities. Analyze data to identify process gaps and opportunities, and partner with Compliance, Training and other FIU stakeholders to recommend mitigating activities for risk and close process gaps.
