Your Mission As an Senior HR Manager with a strong focus on labor law and operations you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective HR related legal processes across various demands. You will serve as the first point of contact for labor law inquiries, manage HR administration, and support operations. Your expertise in HR operations will help create a seamless employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities Support employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data. Handle administrative HR tasks, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist in developing and optimizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance the overall employee experienc
