About the Role Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running. You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to contribute to Ramp’s growth by helping operate some of our fastest-growing demand generation channels. What You'll Do Help operate our paid Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok programs, including hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgets, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization. Translate performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing. Own smaller campaigns and product launches end to end, from stakeholder alignment and briefing through build, deployment post-launch
