About the role: As a Working Student in our HR Business Partnering Team, you will be a key part of our People Team to support and guide our Early Professionals (our working students, interns, and thesis students) throughout their entire journey at Quantum-Systems. Together with our World-Class Team, currently 4 team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies. Your focus is to ensure our Early Professionals have a well-supported experience throughout their time at Quantum-Systems, while supporting our Business Partnering team to drive strategic people topics. Enabling a strong Early Professionals community is essential to Quantum-Systems, and your mission will be a powerful impact. Whether you are looking for a mandatory internship, a working student position, or a combination of both, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you will continue supporting our team beyond the internship period, giving you the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives such as our performance development, compensation, Business Partnering projects, and the growth of our People team, while building valuable hands-on HR experience. What is your Day to Day Mission: Be the primary point of contact for our Early Professionals, supporting them within their employee lifecycle Actively manage and coordinate onboarding, feedback conversations, development and offboarding Coordinate closely with Recruiting, HR Operations, and managers, acting as a trusted sparring partner between management and our Early Professionals Contribute to projects within our HR Business Partnering team, such as creating guidelines and setting up new initiatives and workshops Support managers in identifying support from Early Professionals, development needs and creating tailored learning and career paths for our Early Professionals What you bring to the team: You are currently studying Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Economics,
