About the Role As the Staff Product Manager, UK Market, you will define and execute Motive's product strategy for the UK, with the opportunity to expand your scope to continental Europe over time. You will own the commercial roadmap: where we compete, what we build, and in what order. You will then deliver it, working with engineering teams and peers across the product organization. International expansion is one of the most important strategic initiatives at Motive. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, product leaders, designers, and engineers to bring our products to customers who face different regulations, vehicles, hardware, and buying needs than in the US. You will be a senior voice in the room as leadership decides where to invest, and you will see those decisions through to shipped product. To succeed, you must be comfortable influencing leaders across the company and navigating complex technical and organizational challenges.
