About the Team Business Marketing helps organizations understand and put OpenAI’s products to work. Our creative team brings that story to life across campaigns, launches, and everyday marketing experiences. We work closely with marketing partners to make ambitious, thoughtful creative work that connects with business audiences. About the Role Motion design helps define how OpenAI communicates with business and technical audiences—across campaigns, product launches, customer storytelling, events, and ongoing brand experiences. As a Motion Designer on the B2B creative team, you will create motion work that makes complex technology understandable, compelling, and relevant to organizations exploring how AI can transform their work. This is a hands-on role focused on craft and execution. You’ll work closely with designers, writers, producers, product marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver motion that connects OpenAI’s products and research to customer needs and business outcomes while remaining clear, thoughtful, and consistent with the OpenAI brand. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will Design and produce motion assets for B2B marketing and communications, including integrated campaigns, product launches, customer stories, films, events, social content, web experiences, and presentations. Translate complex technical concepts and product capabilities into clear, engaging motion for business leaders, technical decision-makers, developers, and enterprise buyers.
