Role Title: Junior Software Engineer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote About the Role : we are partnering with a leading AI lab to hire junior software engineers from top companies. You'll evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks. Required Skills System Design Code Review Debugging Algorithms Data Structures Software Architecture Scope of Work Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance Preferred Qualifications At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years Based in an English-speaking country Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing Originally posted on Himalayas
