At Knuspr, we’re redefining grocery shopping. Delivering fresh, local produce and everyday essentials to thousands of customers daily requires an ultra-efficient operational backbone. As Flow Lead / Central Flow Lead , you will serve as the central command point for labor allocation and operational flow across our Fulfillment Centers in Germany. Operating from your desk, you will monitor real-time operational performance, dynamically allocate workforce capacity, and coordinate with on-site teams to keep every site running at peak efficiency. Your mission is simple: turn live data into immediate action. By anticipating bottlenecks, balancing labor across sectors, and keeping operations aligned, you’ll ensure every order is processed seamlessly and delivered on time. Why this role is exciting Impact at scale: Directly influence labor allocation and operational output across Germany’s Fulfillment Centers from a single, centralized control tower. Real-time decision-making: Work in a dynamic environment where live data translates directly into high-impact operational adjustments. Smart logistics & tech: Drive performance at the intersection of automation, WMS platforms, and data-driven workforce management. True ownership: Anticipate disruptions, resolve bottlenecks early, and maintain optimal operational flow under pressure. What you’ll do Control the flow: Monitor real-time dashboards and direct automated labor flow by assigning team members across individual sectors through central control tools. Balance capacity dynamically: Adjust workforce distribution and shift plans on the fly in response to fluctuating order volumes and site priorities. Drive operational KPIs: Track CPT (Critical Pull Time), SLAs, idle time, and sector efficiency—identifying bottlenecks early and executing timely interventions. Keep teams aligned: Partner closely with Area Managers, Operations Managers, and on-site shop floor teams to execute adjustments and maintain consistent operational stand
