The Senior Financial Advisor is one of the most experienced practitioners in the advice team. You are the technical anchor for complex cases — particularly pension consolidation and drawdown — and you carry significant accountability for the quality and suitability of advice we deliver to customers. You will work alongside the Advice Engine rather than replacing it: the engine generates the plan, and you ensure it is right for the customer. You will also play a leading role in shaping the House Rules that govern advice outputs. You will coach less experienced Advisers and Money Guides, and be the senior point of escalation for the team to deliver good advice outcomes. You may have line manager responsibility for a team of Financial Advisers.
