About The Role We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who can work across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll bring the technical judgment to earn engineers’ trust and the ability to create clarity and momentum across complex programs. This is a hands-on role with executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp’s engineering organization scales. You’re energized by complexity and curious about how AI can improve the way engineering teams work. You experiment with AI tools yourself, understand how they are changing software development, and bring that perspective to the programs you lead. What You’ll Do Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response. Connect platform and product engineering teams, keep context flowing, surface dependencies, and drive effective execution.
