We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. This team is for people who are energized by ambiguity, intellectually curious, and excited to build something enduring from the beginning. About the Role As Content Studio Creative Lead, you will build and lead a centralized content studio that serves the broader creative team. You will be both a senior maker and a capability builder: creating timely, high-quality content while shaping the studio’s creative approach, talent network, and quality standards, in partnership with Production on the processes that support the work at scale. We’re looking for someone who can move fluidly between hands-on content creation and creative systems thinking. You will work closely with leaders, researchers, creative teams, and external partners to capture stories at the source and turn them into compelling work for web, social, and the broader OpenAI brand. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. Travel for production may be required.
