What You'll Do As Associate Director, Medical Advisor, EU West, you will report to the Medical Director EU West and provide scientific leadership for three rare-disease launch programs in achondroplasia, limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, and genetic hypocalcaemia. You will translate global strategy into a focused country medical plan, build trusted partnerships across the French rare-disease ecosystem, and ensure high-quality, compliant execution in an agile affiliate environment. The main focus will be France. Responsibilities Medical strategy and execution: Co-develop and execute the France Medical Affairs plan for the three portfolio programs, with clear priorities, milestones, KPIs, resource needs, and budget assumptions Scientific leadership: Maintain deep expertise in the diseases, patient journeys, standards of care, competitive environment, and emerging evidence; translate complex data into accurate and relevant scientific narratives for French stak
