Job description About the team This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead Castrol’s employee listening and people analytics capability during a critical period of organisational transformation. As the Employee Experience & People Analytics Lead, you will act as the central expert and trusted advisor for employee listening across the business, partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and transformation teams. You will have ownership of Castrol’s employee listening platform and strategy, ensuring employee feedback is translated into meaningful action that improves engagement, culture, organisational effectiveness, and business performance. With approximately 6,300 employees across 40 countries, the role offers significant global exposure and the opportunity to influence decision-making at the highest levels. This is a highly visible, business-facing role that goes beyond survey administration. Success will come from your ability to combine employee experience expertise, people analytics, stakeholder management, and data storytelling to help leaders make evidence-based decisions during a period of ongoing change.
