What you'll be doing As our Investment Products Operations Specialist, you'll be a key member of this growing division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business. You’ll join our Investment Products group in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Firm. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Order Monitoring and Daily Triage : supervise the daily lifecycle of 10s of thousands of daily retail trades, taking over operational triage from product and engineering teams to resolve execution discrepancies, batch order exceptions, and failed settlements across partner networks Partner & Transfer Agent Operations: Serve as primary operational contact for custody and execution partners, ensuring seamless end-to-end processing of batch mutual fund subscriptions/redemptions and daily equity/ETF trades. Reconciliation & Discrepancy Management : Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations between internal platform logs and external partner reporting to identify, track and resolve cash or unit discrepancies promptly Escalation & Engineering Liaison: Act as the operational bridge between Luxembourg finance and business oper
