Zapier is looking for a People Business Partner with experience supporting GTM functions and employment standards in EMEA. This role is for an intermediate to senior level People Business Partner who will own their portfolio end to end, with support from people team partners: organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, manager capability, performance, and complex employee situations. Our People Business Partner and Employee Relations team currently holds deep expertise in Canadian and US employment practice, and we are deliberately hiring to broaden that. Experience advising on performance, exits, and complex employee matters across multiple EMEA countries is a core requirement. As a member of the PBP-ER Team, you will also contribute to the effectiveness of how the team works using AI-enabled systems, and automation to make processes and day-to-day work more efficient and scalable. You don't need to be the team's AI expert, but you work in an AI-forward manner by default.
