As a Customer Service Agent , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia. What You’ll Do Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels. Confidently handle customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction. Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers. Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently. Ability to remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure.
