AI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT POST-SALES Remote- UK ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in the AI security space. As a post-sales Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of our AI security solutions. You will work directly with customers after the sale to understand their environments, integrate our technology into their workflows, and help them iterate quickly to maximize security and performance outcomes. Your ability to collaborate with customers, leverage modern technologies (cloud, containerization, networking), and translate feedback into actionable improvements will make you a trusted advisor and a key contributor to our long-term customer relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of our AI security solutions, ensuring seamless integration into their environments (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid). Technical Guidance & Iteration: Provide expert technical consultation on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking.
