What You'll Do Support the Customer Care team in assisting Lexroom 's customers across chat, email, and calls. Learn day by day: shadow experienced colleagues, get to know our product and processes, and gradually handle simple requests with the team's guidance. Bring curiosity and energy to the team: ask questions, share what you learn, and contribute ideas to improve how we support our customers. What You'll Bring You are fluent in English , comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in a professional context. No prior work experience needed: we're looking for the right drive and mindset, not a specific background. You have a proactive , hands-on attitude , enjoy solving problems, and want to learn inside a fast-growing startup. You're a fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools and processes.
