The mission of the AI Conversation Designer is to create an empathetic, clinically valid, and effortless AI experience for our end-users. This includes shaping the language, tone, behavior, and interaction flows for our user-facing AI agents to drive meaningful behavior change and internal motivation. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Product Design, you will be part of the Design Systems team, and partner closely with clinical and engineering teams to execute our AI product roadmap through exceptional writing, best-in-class conversation design, thoughtful AI interaction patterns, rigorous evaluation, and continuous iteration. This is a highly writing-focused design role. You should be as passionate about finding the right words for an AI response as you are about designing the experience around it. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City , with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at our 60 Madison Avenue location.
