We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst within our Business Intelligence organization to work with our Medical Affairs team. The Medical Affairs team is dedicated to clinical improvement of our members and quality assurance of our providers. In this role, you will serve as a key cross-functional data partner working with Quality, Product, and the Chief Medical Officer. You will work closely with Medical Affairs leadership to define KPIs, track outcomes, and conduct exploratory analyses that drive strategic decision-making and program evolution. A key competency for this role is an exceptional ability to translate technical work and ideas into language that clinicians can easily understand. You’ll operate in a cross functional data team that includes data scientists and analytics engineers, all of whom are working towards this goal with you. This is a full time, remote position on our team reporting to the Associate Director, Analytics. Occasional travel may be required for company or team meetings/events. What
