Reporting to the VP, Care Innovation, the Principal Product Manager, Provider Platform will define and build the next generation of Spring Health’s provider experience. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City or San Francisco , with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the NYC or SF metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date. Occasional travel will be required for team on-sites. What you’ll do Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spring Health’s provider platform Develop a deep understanding of the needs of providers across different care-delivery, practice, and caseload models Create a flexible provider experience that supports clinical care, practice management, referrals, scheduling, documentation, billing, and payments Identify opportunities to simplify fragmented workflows and create a more cohesive experience across the provider journey Lead the evolution of mature products and platf
