Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Systems & Data, the Senior Manager, CRM Engineering will lead and unify Spring Health’s Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence, bringing multiple teams under a common operating model to drive platform excellence, system alignment, and scalable architecture. This full time, fully remote role is part of the Sales Systems & Data team within Revenue Operations and will play a critical role in deploying engineering talent against the highest-leverage RevOps and go-to-market priorities while building a Salesforce platform that can scale with Spring Health’s growth. Minimal travel is expected. What you’ll do: Build and lead the Salesforce CRM Center of Excellence, consolidating work across multiple teams into a unified operating model with clear intake, prioritization, technical standards, and ownership while reducing duplicated and shadow CRM development.
