Your Opportunity The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and successful functioning of the store. This includes guiding, training, and inspiring the team to achieve goals in sales, service quality, customer loyalty, and overall growth. The Store Manager ensures customers receive a high-level omnichannel experience and works to maximize store performance. Benefits Package: Salary: $80,000 - 95,000 + Commission Dental, Health, Vision, 401(K)+ Match PTO and Sick Time Employee Discounts Professional and Career Development How You Will Contribute: Business Results & Efficiency Deliver excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to meet quality standards. Analyze commercial indicators and results regularly; define and execute action plans to drive timely outcomes. Oversee CRM activities, ensuring they are fully optimized. Manage customer complaints, ensuring proper resolution and escalation as needed. Plan and allocate store activities effectively to maximize team efficiency and productivity. Ensure proper application of company procedures and monitor service quality. Supervise warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with the store's sales potential, in coordination with the Merchandising and Area Manager. Monitor market trends, retail initiatives, and competitors’ actions to contribute to brand development. Monitor and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
