We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a strong Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding Mumbai office. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in Data Centres, Telecom Facilities, and Mission-Critical Projects. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, innovative, and capable of leading projects with minimal supervision. This role offers exposure to international projects, advanced cooling/HVAC systems, and opportunities for career growth and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in Client, Design, Contractor, and Professional Team meetings. Develop concept and detailed mechanical designs, including HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and controls. Prepare schematics, mechanical calculations, technical specifications, reports, and equipment schedules as per industry and regulatory standards. Coordinate mechanical design with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Maintain commercial and project awareness, monitoring hours against agreed fees. Approve design variations and allocate hours efficiently. Mentor and guide Trainees, Graduates, and Engineers; ensure accu
