Location: Netherlands, based from our Amsterdam office , with regular travel across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven Team description You'll join SumUp's Netherlands field sales team at a pivotal moment, as we open two new hubs in The Hague and Eindhoven alongside our established teams in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. As Field Sales Regional Manager, you'll own the performance of all four hubs, coaching the Territory Managers who lead the field sales consultants supporting small business merchants across the country. This is a rare chance to shape how a region runs from the ground up: build one consistent way of coaching, hiring and measuring performance, and leave a visible, lasting mark on SumUp's growth in the Netherlands. What you'll do Take ownership of day to day performance in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, driving stronger sales execution and productivity Lead the launch of two new hubs, The Hague and Eindhoven, from hiring and training through to full operation Coach and support Territory Managers so they can lead their field sales consultants well Create one consistent way of coaching, reporting and tracking performance across all four hubs Grow sales across SumUp's products while keeping acquisition costs, payback and profit margins healthy Keep stakeholders across Sales, Operations, People, Finance, Marketing and Product updated on regional progress You'll be great for this role if… Extensive sales leadership experience, including regional or multi site responsibility. Experience coaching and managing field sales managers or Territory Managers. Track record of opening new hubs or territories while scaling existing sales operations. Strong commercial understanding of forecasting, pipeline management and profitability, paired with comfort working with CRM systems and sales data.
