We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who owns both the interviewer and candidate experience end to end, and who genuinely loves being the person who makes a chaotic process feel effortless. This is a career-building seat, not a support seat. You'll build processes from the ground up, lead candidate experience projects, and work shoulder to shoulder with recruiters and hiring managers to shape how Zip hires. If you're organized enough that nothing slips, warm enough that candidates remember you fondly, and curious enough to keep making the process better, this role is built for you. You'll report to our Head of Recruiting Operations.
