Your Role As a Product Designer at Zip, you’ll work on real, customer-facing features across a wide product surface area for procurement, which at its essence is managing the process of helping companies buy what they need. You’ll be supported by experienced designers, PMs, and engineers who care deeply about craft, collaboration, and building consumer-grade experiences for complex enterprise workflows. You’ll have direct access to our users for UX Research and testing, and the features you design will be immediately used by our users. You’ll work with a tight-knit team that values open communication and cross-functional collaboration. This role will be on our Contract Orchestration team, which continue to expand our contracts offering that spans redlining, renewals, obligation management and more. You’ll dive deep with legal and procurement teams to figure out how to enhance their workflows by building out features that use AI sensibly.
