As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) , you act as a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team – particularly within the R&D organization – and actively shape an impactful, scalable HR Business Partnering function. You work closely with the business, establish clear standards in collaboration, and ensure that HR is perceived as a true enabler of growth, performance, and organizational development. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and are visible in driving operational excellence. What is your Day to Day Mission: Strategic HR Business Partnering (R&D Focus): You independently support selected business areas – especially within Engineering and R&D – and advise leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, as well as talent, performance, and change topics. Role Model in HRBP: You set the benchmark for high-quality HR Business Partnering through clear, pragmatic consulting and strong execution. Business Sparring & Execution: You translate business goals into concrete people initiatives and implement them effectively in collaboration with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. Employee Relations: You manage complex employee cases (e.g., conflicts, performance topics, separations) in a professional and solution-oriented manner, working closely with HR Operations and Legal.
